Michelle Watrin is a freelance writer, high school journalism teacher, wife and mother of four young children. Her column in the Abbotsford Times spotlights the every day blessings and challenges that come with motherhood in today's gigabyte-crazed, Youtubing, texting world. One of her most popular columns talked about being a Lululemon virgin at an elementary school where pick up and drop off times can be a fashion show for the stay-at-home moms.

Currently, Michelle is working as the public relations director of Abbotsford's Run for Water, a 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon on May 31, 2009. Some fascinating feature articles have developed as she explores the dire need for clean water in Ethiopia.
